Cancellation Policy
1. BOOKING APPOINTMENTS Customers can book appointments through our website's dedicated page. Advance booking (min 24hrs) is required to secure your preferred time and service. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email after payment or deposit (if applicable). 2. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS Some services may require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is given. Payment methods accepted include PayPal and direct bank transfer. 3. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Rescheduling or canceling appointments can be done at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time (or 1 full business day). Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations (made within less than 1 hour before the scheduled time) are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 4. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in a reduced service time or need to reschedule. In cases of extreme lateness, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and cancellation fees may be applicable as outlined above. 5. COMMUNICATION/REMINDERS You will receive a reminder of your appointment via email 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please ensure your contact information is accurate in order to receive timely updates. 6. REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the allowed notice period. 7. PRIVACY & SECURITY Your personal information will be securely stored and used solely for appointment management. We comply with applicable data protection laws. 8. EMERGENCY POLICY In the event of unforeseen circumstances / force majeure, we will notify you promptly and reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
